Our role is to make the first technical exchange more useful, especially when a buyer has an urgent replacement need or incomplete part information.

The old blade has no drawing

Send photos, key dimensions, hole spacing, blade position and the machine model. These references help establish what still needs to be confirmed before a quotation.

The replacement does not fit

Fitment depends on more than outside dimensions. We review mounting, orientation, cutting action, clearance and the relationship between the blade and its machine position.

Wear does not match the duty

Plastic, rubber, wood, biomass and mixed waste create different cutting conditions. The material, contamination and working cycle should be discussed before material or hardness is selected.
